Who and what got you involved in fitness?
I have been an athlete since I was three! My dad always encouraged me to live a healthy life and be involved in sports.
What is your number one philosophy you live by?
I live by a few but my largest one would be to do what brings your happiness. This includes your career, your training regime and how you choose to feed your body.
What has been the highlight of your fitness journey?
Making the move to California to be surround by likeminded fitness gurus!
Who is your biggest inspiration in and outside of the gym?
Myself, always.
What is your ultimate goal?
To be an untouchable weapon of health and movement (also to be the youngest looking old person).
What advice would you give to females starting to get into the gym?
Try all forms of fitness without constriction as you don’t even know what you enjoy doing. And if you enjoy what you do, it will become a part of your life instead of a “phase”.
What was an obstacle you had to overcome?
Being told that I can’t do certain things because of my gender.
What advice to you give to women when they’re afraid to workout because they don’t want to bulk?
Does bulking align with your goals? If not, reconsider what those goals are. If it does, don’t allow people to tell you what is right for your body and what isn’t. Aka, don’t let someone tell you you’re only attractive at a certain body fat percentage. Rule your world girl!
What is your favourite movement and lift?
I love all movements. Especially flips, pushups and pull ups.
